Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Swerve confections sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 5 tbsp Butter unsalted and melted
  • 1/3 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Large Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • Place cupcake liners into 12 sections of a muffin tin, and fill each one full with the batter.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool and serve.
