Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar Jack Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Bacon chopped bacon Pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the cream cheese, eggs and cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Mix in the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, butter, heavy whipping cream, salt to taste and bacon. Beat until well combined.
  • Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 12 evenly sized biscuits.
  • Place the biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
