- 2 tbsp Red Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/3 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1/4 cup Black Olives sliced
- 1/2 tsp Greek Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil `
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
Serve right away, or you can chill before serving if you desire.
