Ingredients
  

Chocolate Chaffles

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Filling

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the mini waffle maker.
  • Whisk together all of the ingredients for the chaffles.
  • Spread ΒΌ of the mixture into the mini waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until done to your liking.
  • Repeat step 3 until you have made a total of 4 chaffles.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the ingredients for the filling until creamy and smooth.
  • Spread the mixture over the chaffles and serve.
