Chocolate Chaffles
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 large Eggs
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Filling
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
- 3 tsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat the mini waffle maker.
Whisk together all of the ingredients for the chaffles.
Spread ΒΌ of the mixture into the mini waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat step 3 until you have made a total of 4 chaffles.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the ingredients for the filling until creamy and smooth.
Spread the mixture over the chaffles and serve.
