Egg Roll In A Bowl

Egg Roll Bowl
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 bag Coleslaw Mix
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
Spicy Mayo
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Add the ground turkey to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until completely browned. Drain any excess grease if needed.
Pour the olive oil into the skillet along with the bag of coleslaw mix. Stir to combine with the meat.
Reduce the heat to medium/low. Cover and cook until the coleslaw mix has softened.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, Swerve brown sugar substitute, ginger paste and pepper to taste.
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, and toss to combine well. Saute another 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds.
Stir together the ingredients for the spicy mayonnaise in a bowl, and drizzle over the crack slaw.
