Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Banana Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum ``
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a loaf pan well.
  • Blend together all of the ingredients except the walnuts in a mixing bowl until the batter is smooth.
  • Fold in the walnuts.
  • Spread the batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until the bread is completely cooked through. You can cover the top with tin foil if it starts to get too browned towards the end of the baking time.
