- 3 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Small Red Onion chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Celery chopped
- 1/3 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Crumbled Bacon
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl with the exception of the bacon.
Stir to combine the ingredients well.
Garnish with the bacon and serve, or chill before serving if desired.
