Low-Carb Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs

These sheet pan chicken thighs only take 30 minutes to bake! Smothered in cheese, ranch, and bacon, they are a fun family meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Bacon crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Chesse

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the chicken thighs into a casserole dish or directly onto a parchment lined sheet pan. I like to add mine to a casserole dish first, as it is easier to apply the cream cheese and toppings to them that way without them moving around as much.
  • Top each chicken thigh with a ½ oz. of the cream cheese, and spread it over the top.
  • Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning.
  • Add the cheddar cheese and then bacon on top.
  • If you used a casserole dish to prepare the chicken thighs, transfer them to the parchment lined baking sheet now.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Top the chicken with the mozzarella cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.
