2tbspOlive Oil
2/3cupPork Rinds crushed into crumbs
1/4cupUnsweetened Almond Milk
1/2Onion chopped finely
1 largeEgg
2tspWorcestershire Sauce
2tspMinced Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Sesame Seeds and Chopped Green Onions for garnish
Sugar-Free Sauce
2tbspSugar-Free Ketchup
1tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
2tbspRice Wine Vinegar
1tbspButter
2tbspSoy Sauce
1/4cupWater
Instructions
Add the ground meat, pork rind crumbs, almond milk, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and knead with your hands until well combined.
Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.
Place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat, and sear the patties evenly on both sides.
Remove the patties, and set aside.
Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium.
Add in the butter.
In a bowl, mix together the rest of the sauce ingredients, and stir into the skillet.
Return the patties to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and simmer over medium low heat until cooked to your liking.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
