Ingredients
  

Keto Hamburger Steaks

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef or ground beef and ground pork mixture
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2/3 cup Pork Rinds crushed into crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Onion chopped finely
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds and Chopped Green Onions for garnish

Sugar-Free Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Add the ground meat, pork rind crumbs, almond milk, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and knead with your hands until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.
  • Place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat, and sear the patties evenly on both sides.
  • Remove the patties, and set aside.
  • Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Add in the butter.
  • In a bowl, mix together the rest of the sauce ingredients, and stir into the skillet.
  • Return the patties to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and simmer over medium low heat until cooked to your liking.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
