Ground Beef
- 1 small Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 small Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
- Red Pepper Flakes optional
Kung Pao Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
Place the ground beef, bell peppers and onions into a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is cooked through, and the vegetables have softened.
Drain any excess fat.
Stir together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and pour over the mixture in the skillet, reducing the heat to medium.
Simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Serve garnished with green onions and roasted peanuts.
