Ingredients
  

Ground Beef

  • 1 small Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 small Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional

Kung Pao Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground beef, bell peppers and onions into a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is cooked through, and the vegetables have softened.
  • Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and pour over the mixture in the skillet, reducing the heat to medium.
  • Simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Serve garnished with green onions and roasted peanuts.
