Keto Everything Bagel Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe.
  • Heat for 30 second intervals until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
  • Place the cheese mixture into a mixing bowl with the almond flour, large egg, baking powder, xanthan gum and garlic powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangular shape that is about ½ - 1 inch thick.
  • Brush the top of the dough with the egg white, and then sprinkle with the Everything bagel seasoning.
  • Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into horizontal and vertical strips that form small rectangular bites.
  • Transfer the pretzel bites onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
