Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 1/2 Onion `chopped
  • 1 can Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes drained well
  • 3 tbsp Curry Powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into the crockpot, and stir to combine.
  • Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
