Homemade Low-Carb Breakfast Sausage Patties

- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Dried Sage
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Ground Up optional
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl, and knead well with your hands to combine.
Form the meat mixture into 10 evenly sized patties.
Add the patties to a try or rack in the air fryer, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
