- 1 pound Chicken Breast Tenderloins cut into bite-sized pieces
- 10 strips Bacon cut into thirds
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
Wrap each piece of chicken in a piece of bacon.
Place the bacon wrapped chicken pieces on the baking sheet with the seam side down.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of the chicken pieces.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Place toothpicks in each piece of chicken and serve immediately.
