  • Baking Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Tenderloins cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 strips Bacon cut into thirds
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  • Wrap each piece of chicken in a piece of bacon.
  • Place the bacon wrapped chicken pieces on the baking sheet with the seam side down.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of the chicken pieces.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  • Place toothpicks in each piece of chicken and serve immediately.
