Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the almond flour, pumpkin puree, Swerve, eggs, butter, vanilla, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a well greased loaf pan, and sprinkle with the pecans.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Allow to cool before slicing to serve.
