Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line 8 sections of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the almond flour, baking powder, pumpkin puree, Swerve, vanilla, almond milk, eggs and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill the cupcake liners nearly to the top with the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
