Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Lily's Baking Chips
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line 8 sections of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the almond flour, baking powder, pumpkin puree, Swerve, vanilla, almond milk, eggs and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Fill the cupcake liners nearly to the top with the batter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
