1/2Yellow Bell Pepper sliced and cut into small feather shaped pieces
4Green Olives sliced
1cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3cupLow-Carb Pizza Sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lay the tortillas on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce over the tortillas.
Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce.
Place two pepperoni slices one on top of the other towards the bottom of the center of each tortilla.
Layer alternating red bell pepper and yellow bell pepperoni slices around the top pepperoni slice to form the turkey’s feathers.
Put two olive slices as the turkey’s eyes on each tortilla.
Cut a small triangle of orange bell pepper for the turkey’s beaks, and a small sliver of red bell pepper for the turkey’s wattle.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve.
