Low Carb Cranberry Turkey and Bacon Sandwich
This is the best way to use leftover Thanksgiving food! Make a low-carb turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and bacon.

- 4 slices Keto Bread
- 10 ounces Deli Sliced Turkey
- 2 ounces Brie Cheese sliced
- 1 small Tomato sliced thin
- Green Leaf Lettuce
- 4 slices Bacon cooked
- 4 tbsp Keto Cranberry Sauce
Toast the bread slices.
Place two slices of the bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Layer half of the turkey on each slice of bread.
Add the brie on top of the turkey.
Place the baking sheet in the oven on broil until the cheese has melted.
Layer the lettuce, tomato and bacon.
Spread the cranberry sauce on one side of the remaining two slices of bread, and place them on top of each sandwich cranberry side down.
