Low Carb Cranberry Turkey and Bacon Sandwich

This is the best way to use leftover Thanksgiving food! Make a low-carb turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and bacon.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Keto Bread
  • 10 ounces Deli Sliced Turkey
  • 2 ounces Brie Cheese sliced
  • 1 small Tomato sliced thin
  • Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked
  • 4 tbsp Keto Cranberry Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Place two slices of the bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Layer half of the turkey on each slice of bread.
  • Add the brie on top of the turkey.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven on broil until the cheese has melted.
  • Layer the lettuce, tomato and bacon.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce on one side of the remaining two slices of bread, and place them on top of each sandwich cranberry side down.
