Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Keto Bread
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 16 slices Deli Pepperoni
  • 16 slices Deli Salami
  • 8 slices Deli Ham
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the lettuce, mayonnaise, garlic, vinegar, Italian seasoning, peppers, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
  • Place a piece of bread on a flat surface.
  • Add a slice of provolone and a slice of mozzarella to the bread.
  • Layer four slices of pepperoni, four slices of salami and 2 slices of ham on the cheese.
  • Place a ¼ of the lettuce mixture on top of the meat.
  • Top with another piece of bread.
  • Repeat steps 2-6 to create 3 more sandwiches.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sandwiches to the skillet, and toast them until crispy on both sides.
