Ingredients
  

Keto Pizza Crust

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Keto Toppings

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave. Approximately 30-40 seconds.
  • Stir in 1 egg and almond flour until you have dough.
  • Spread dough onto a sprayed cast iron or baking sheet.
  • Top with a dash of garlic powder. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and brush with olive oil.
  • Top with half of the mozzarella cheese, sliced mushrooms and bacon.
  • Add remaining cheese and a dash of salt & pepper.
  • Place back into the oven for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions or chives.
  • ENJOY!
