Keto Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Keto Toppings
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave. Approximately 30-40 seconds.
Stir in 1 egg and almond flour until you have dough.
Spread dough onto a sprayed cast iron or baking sheet.
Top with a dash of garlic powder. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove and brush with olive oil.
Top with half of the mozzarella cheese, sliced mushrooms and bacon.
Add remaining cheese and a dash of salt & pepper.
Place back into the oven for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions or chives.
