Pizza has always been one of my favorite foods. When I went on the keto diet, I didn’t want to give it up. So instead, I set out to create as many different types of pizza (and pizza-themed recipes) as I could. This has to be one of my favorites so far!
Pizza With Goat Cheese
One of the best parts of this pizza is the crumbled goat cheese on top. I love how goat cheese tastes. It’s completely different from dairy cheese – and when you bake it, the flavors come out even more.
This pizza is completely customizable. Start out following my recipe, but then start adding your favorite pizza toppings. If you are on the keto diet, you’ll have to watch out for what you add on top. Each ingredient will have a different amount of carbs.
Best Keto Pizza Crust
I love this keto pizza crust. All you have to do is melt the mozzarella cheese and then add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix it together. It forms a very stretchy crust that you can use for your low-carb pizza.
Here’s what I used in my pizza dough:
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Almond flour
- Cream cheese
- Egg
- Garlic Powder
Fathead Dough Recipe
Fathead dough is really popular among keto dieters. It’s a dough made with mozzarella cheese and almond flour. I’ve used it in lots of other recipes, like these low-carb onion bagels.
The best thing about this dough is how versatile it is! You can also use it to make something sweet like keto cinnamon rolls.
Healthy White Pizza
The toppings make the pizza really nutritious. They are packed with fiber (which lowers the number of net carbs in the pizza) and plenty of vitamins too.
Here are the toppings I used:
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sliced mushrooms
- Bacon
- Goat cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Green onions
Customize the pizza with different cheeses. Sprinkle some cheddar, add some parmesan, or use creamy Muenster cheese.
You can also add your favorite toppings, too! These ideas are perfect if you are on a low-carb diet:

Easy Keto Pizza Recipe
My recipe makes a really small pizza. This is such a kid-friendly recipe that when you sit down to eat it, you’ll probably have kids around you asking if they can have a bite. I suggest doubling the recipe and letting them add their own favorite toppings too.
It’s a really filling pizza that makes a super-easy and healthy lunch. If you want to serve it at dinner, you can make a full pizza dinner with some keto garlic knots, a simple salad or Keto Bacon wrapped onion rings.
How To Store Keto Pizza With Fat Head Dough
This pizza reheats really well, so it’s the perfect addition to your meal prep for the week. Keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
You can also make the pizza and then freeze it for later. Store it in an airtight container or zippered freezer bag in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Keto White Pizza With Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
Crust
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Almond flour
Cream cheese
Egg
Garlic powder
Toppings
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced mushrooms
Bacon
Goat cheese crumbled
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Green onions or chives
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave. Approximately 30-40 seconds.
Stir in 1 egg and almond flour until you have dough.
Spread dough onto a sprayed cast iron or baking sheet.
Top with a dash of garlic powder. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove and brush with olive oil.
Top with half of the mozzarella cheese, sliced mushrooms and bacon.
Add remaining cheese and a dash of salt & pepper.
Place back into the oven for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions or chives.

- 1/4 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions
