Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter crunchy or creamy
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 50 Sugar-Free Candy-Coated Chocolate Candies
  • 1/3 cup Lily's Semisweet Baking Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Add the almond flour, swerve, eggs, peanut butter, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth. 
  • Fold the baking chips, candies, coconut flakes and walnuts into the batter. 
  • Form the batter into 15 evenly sized cookies, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. 
  • Let cool before serving.
