Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the ingredients for the cake, and blend until smooth.
Layer the cake batter in a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the cake is baking, add the butter and Swerve for the tres leches to a pot over medium heat on the stove.
Add in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until thickened.
Remove from the heat, and stir in the vanill. Set aside.
When the cake is warm, poke holes in it with the tines of a fork.
Pour the tres leches mixture over the cake, and let it cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the ingredients for the icing until smooth and creamy.
Spread the icing over the cake and serve dusted with cinnamon.
