With just a few ingredients, you can make an award-winning keto berry cobbler! This is a perfect dessert for cold days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries I used 3 large strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 stick Butter softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar-Free Sweetener divided
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • dash Salt

Toppings

  • Whipped Cream
  • Sugar-Free Ice Cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven 375 degrees F.
  • In a small/medium cast iron skillet, combine all of the berries. Toss them with 1 Tbsp granulated sweetener, cinnamon and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the butter, egg, vanilla and remaining 2 Tbsp of granulated sweetener.
  • Add flours and mix again until you have a crumbly texture.
  • Top the berries with your dough.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Top with sugar free ice cream or whipped cream.
