Stir the peppers into the skillet, and saute until softened.
Pour in the marinara sauce, sugar free honey and red pepper flakes, and stir to combine.
Remove the mixture from the heat, and allow to cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian sausage, pork rind crumbs, onion, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Salt and pepper to taste and a ⅓ of the marinara and pepper mixture.
Knead the mixture with your hands to combine well.
Form the meat mixture into a large loaf, and place into a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the rest of the pepper sauce mixture on the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through completely.
