Keto Pepperoni Pizza Spaghetti Bake With Sausage

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Palmini Angel Hair Noodles rinsed and drained well
  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Slices chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Saute the sausage and onion in a skillet over medium high heat until the sausage is completely browned and the onion has begun to soften. Drain the excess fat.
  • Remove the sausage mixture from the heat and stir in the chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce and palmini noodles.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the mixture into a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
  • Top with the mozzarella cheese and whole slices of pepperoni.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and bubbling.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
