Ingredients:
Can Palmini angel hair noodles
All natural ground Italian sausage
Pepperoni slices
Red onion
Low carb pizza sauce or marinara
Parmesan cheese grated
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Saute the sausage and onion in a skillet over medium high heat until the sausage is completely browned and the onion has begun to soften. Drain the excess fat.
Remove the sausage mixture from the heat and stir in the chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce and palmini noodles.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture into a well greased 9×9 baking dish.
Top with the mozzarella cheese and whole slices of pepperoni.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and bubbling.
Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
