Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Canned Tuna drained well
  • 1 1/2 cups Riced Broccoli either fresh or frozen, thawed and drained well
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the tuna, riced broccoli, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with bacon pieces and parsley before serving.
