Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Palmini Linguini Noodles rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 pound Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup Low-Carb Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground beef and Italian sausage into a skillet over medium high heat, and cook until completely browned. Drain the excess fat.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, and set aside.
  • To a new skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the mixture has thickened.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Toss the palmini noodles in the alfredo sauce, and layer it into the bottom of a well greased casserole dish.
  • Spread the meat sauce on top of the noodle mixture.
  • Top with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
  • Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
