Swirls of spaghetti noodles in a creamy alfredo sauce – TikTok alfredo spaghetti bake is a keto-friendly recipe you’ll fall in love with.
TikTok Alfredo Spaghetti Bake
If you’re on FoodTok or KetoTok, you’ve probably seen this recipe going around. You can’t miss it! The way the cheesey noodles swirl around the fork…it’s enough to make your stomach grumble!
I recreated this viral recipe and every bite is cheesy Heaven. The Italian sausage and spices all work together to elevate a boring spaghetti bake to something you’ll want to make every week.
And since it only takes about 45 minutes to make, you won’t mind adding this to your weekly menu.
Keto Alfredo Recipe
The alfredo sauce is impeccably rich and creamy. I usually make alfredo sauce with cream cheese, but to get the perfect consistency, I used heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and butter instead.
This also makes it hearty without being overpoweringly rich.
Can you use half and half instead of heavy whipping cream in alfredo? Yes, you can, but it won’t be as rich or thick, so I’d use more mozzarella cheese to make up for the lack of fat in the half and half.
Easy Keto Casserole
Canned Palmini noodles are my favorite keto-friendly noodles to cook with. I love how they taste and the fact that I don’t have to boil them.
If you want, you could use zoodles instead. Just make sure they are drained really well or else the casserole will end up slightly runny.
Spaghetti Alfredo
This is the perfect recipe to add to your keto meal planning. Store individual portions inside airtight food storage containers and keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Then, heat them up in the microwave. The alfredo sauce might thicken or harden in the fridge, but it will melt when you heat it up.
What To Eat With Alfredo
Since this is a classic Italian dish, I suggest serving some Italian side dishes with it. A dish of Low-Carb Shaved Brussels Sprouts With Cranberries is packed with Italian flavors and ingredients.
It’s a chopped salad with both sweet and tangy flavors.
Add Loaded Cauliflower Mash and some Gluten-Free Italian Breadsticks to go with the alfredo sauce in this baked spaghetti. The cauliflower mash is cheesy and filling, and the breadsticks are fun to dip into your low-carb alfredo sauce.
