Easy Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp peeled, deveined, tails on or off
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3 cups Spinach raw
  • Palmini Noodles for serving

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 Tbsp of butter to a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste, and saute in the skillet until cooked through. Remove, and set aside.
  • Place the remaining butter into the skillet, and saute the garlic for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream.
  • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and more salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Add in the spinach, and stir until wilted.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Return the shrimp to the pan, and toss to coat well in the sauce.
  • Serve over palmini noodles if desired.
