Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Bag of Coleslaw Mix
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/3 cup Bacon Pieces
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 pinch Ground Mustard Powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the coleslaw mix, cherry tomatoes, bacon and parsley to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar free honey, mustard powder and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
  • Pour the dressing mixture into the large mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
