- 12 ounces Bag of Coleslaw Mix
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
- 1/3 cup Bacon Pieces
- 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 pinch Ground Mustard Powder
Add the coleslaw mix, cherry tomatoes, bacon and parsley to a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
Mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar free honey, mustard powder and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing mixture into the large mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
