Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 12 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 box Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with baking spray.
  • Blend together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl with the exception of the white chocolate chips.
  • Fold the white chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Form the batter into 1 inch balls, and flatten slightly with your palms.
  • Place the cookies onto the baking sheet, and bake 12 at a time for 8-10 minutes, or until browned on the edges and cooked through.
  • Let cool before handling.
