Keto Butterbeer Cookies
Gluten-free and grain-free, these tasty keto butterbeer cookies only have 2 grams net carbs each - but taste like Harry Potter's fav.

- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 12 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 box Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with baking spray.
Blend together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl with the exception of the white chocolate chips.
Fold the white chocolate chips into the batter.
Form the batter into 1 inch balls, and flatten slightly with your palms.
Place the cookies onto the baking sheet, and bake 12 at a time for 8-10 minutes, or until browned on the edges and cooked through.
Let cool before handling.
