Ingredients
  

  • 8 Zero carb street taco sized tortillas cut into fourths
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Roma Tomato chopped
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the ground beef and onion to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is browned and the onions have softened. Drain any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine, and saute for another minute.
  • Pour in the diced tomatoes and chopped roma tomato, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Place the tortilla pieces into an air fryer basket, and spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook at 400 degrees until the chips are browned and crispy.
  • Place the chips onto a plate or platter, and top with the chili mixture.
  • Sprinkle on the cheese and allow it to melt.
  • Garnish with green onions before serving if desired.
