Greek Salad

  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalmata Olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 4 whole Peppercorn Peppers

Red Wine Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Layer the salad ingredients into a bowl.
  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Serve the salad with the dressing.
