Ingredients
  

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped into large chunks
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped into large chunks
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopoped Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak cut into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Saute the steak in a skillet with the sesame oil over medium high heat until cooked to your liking.
  • Add in the green bell pepper, red bell pepper and onion. Saute until beginning to soften.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chili sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce and ginger paste.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the skillet, and toss to coat.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the liquid reduces a bit.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
