- 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped into large chunks
- 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped into large chunks
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Chopoped Green Onions
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds for garnish
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 pound Sirloin Steak cut into pieces
Saute the steak in a skillet with the sesame oil over medium high heat until cooked to your liking.
Add in the green bell pepper, red bell pepper and onion. Saute until beginning to soften.
In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chili sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce and ginger paste.
Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the skillet, and toss to coat.
Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the liquid reduces a bit.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
