Ingredients
  

Cookies

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

Glaze

  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream together the butter and ½ C. Swerve in a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • Add in the almond flour, eggs, vanilla and baking powder, and beat until well combined.
  • Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned on the edges and cooked through.
  • Let the cookies cool.
  • Add 1 cup of Swerve to a mixing bowl with the almond extract and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk in almond milk as needed until a glaze has formed.
  • Dip the cookies into the glaze, and place back onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Garnish with the sprinkles, and let rest until the glaze has set.
