Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the butter and ½ C. Swerve in a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Add in the almond flour, eggs, vanilla and baking powder, and beat until well combined.
Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned on the edges and cooked through. Let the cookies cool.
Add 1 cup of Swerve to a mixing bowl with the almond extract and vanilla extract. Whisk in almond milk as needed until a glaze has formed.
Dip the cookies into the glaze, and place back onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Garnish with the sprinkles, and let rest until the glaze has set.
