Keto Mashed Rutabagas with Rosemary

- 1 medium Rutubaga
- 4 tbsp Butter softened
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper
Peel the rutabaga.
Cut the rutabaga into cubes, and place into a pot.
Fill the pot with water, cover and boil on high until softened.
Drain the water, and add in the butter, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste.
Mash the rutabaga to your desired consistency.
