Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the almond flour, cottage cheese, onion powder, baking powder, garlic powder and salt to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
  • Wet your hands slightly, and fill 8 sections of a well greased donut pan with the batter.
  • Brush the tops of each bagel with the beaten egg, and sprinkle with the Everything Bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan to serve.
