Ingredients
  

  • 9 ounces Chorizo
  • 4 ounces Can Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Quesadilla Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add in the chorizo and onions, and saute until the onions are softened and chorizo is cooked through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate, and then add the mixture to an oven safe skillet or baking dish.
  • Toss in the green chiles and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with your choice of garnish and keto friendly items for dipping.
