Add in the chorizo and onions, and saute until the onions are softened and chorizo is cooked through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate, and then add the mixture to an oven safe skillet or baking dish.
Toss in the green chiles and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with your choice of garnish and keto friendly items for dipping.
