Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Sharp White Cheddar Cheese finely grated
  • 12 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Whole Black Peppercorns garnish
  • Baby Carrot garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grate the sharp white cheddar cheese with the smallest setting on the cheese grater to get it as fine as possible.
  • In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, chives, ranch seasoning, garlic and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
  • Spread the finely shredded cheddar cheese out on a plate.
  • Form the cream cheese mixture into two balls, one larger than the other.
  • Roll the two balls of cream cheese mixture in the finely grated white cheddar cheese to coat them well.
  • Stack the smaller ball on top of the larger one on a parchment lined plate, and chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Garnish with black peppercorns for the eyes, mouth and buttons of the snowman, and cut the baby carrot into the shape of a snowman nose.
