- 10 ounces Bag of Coleslaw Mix
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Natural Dried Cranberries chopped
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup Red Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
Toss the coleslaw mix, red onions, pecans and cranberries together in a mixing bowl.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, sugar free honey and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing mixture over the coleslaw mixture, and toss to coat well.
Serve immediately or chill before serving if desired.
