Low Carb Sheet Pan BBQ Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Green Bell Peppers sliced thinly
  • 1 Yellow Onion sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 package Cheddar Sausage Links
  • 1/3 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Arrange the peppers and onions in an even layer and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle the BBQ seasoning over the vegetables.
  • Place the sausage links on top of the peppers and onions.
  • Place the pan in the oven to bake for 20 minutes, then remove the pan and brush the sausages with BBQ sauce.
  • Return the pan to the oven and cook under the broiler for 5 minutes, until the vegetables and sausages are lightly browned.
