It easily feeds a crowd.
What Is A Sheet Pan Meal
A sheet pan meal is one of the easiest ways to cook for a family or a party. You literally place all of the ingredients on a sheet pan and bake them together.

After the sausage and peppers are fully cooked, just arrange them in some buns and dinner is ready!
I served the sausage inside some low-carb and gluten-free hot dog buns.
But you can also just slice them and eat them with a fork. In fact, if you chop them up and add them to a bowl with some lettuce and avocado, you’ll have a delicious salad.

For this recipe, I used cheddar sausage links. You can use any kind of sausage links that you want, as long as they are keto-friendly and made without any added sugar.

Yes, brats are keto-friendly. But, if you suffer from high cholesterol, you will need to be careful with how many you eat.
Bratwurst sausages have a lot of fat, and not the healthy kind.
It’s ok to eat processed meat on keto, but if you’re at risk for heart disease, limit how many you eat and how often you eat them.
Best Keto BBQ Sauce
Two things add that iconic BBQ flavor to the sausage and peppers: dry seasoning and BBQ sauce.

For both of them, read the ingredients label.
Don’t use anything with sugar or syrup in it. There are a lot of delicious keto-friendly BBQ sauce brands out there to choose from.
Hughes has a full-flavored one that lights up your mouth. Primal Kitchen is another really popular one.
BBQ Sides
Sausage and peppers taste delicious with lighter sides. Some of my favorite keto sides to eat with the sausages include keto cucumber dill salad, low-carb blueberry salsa, and keto German cauliflower salad.

And for something crispy or crunchy, make some air fryer bacon wrapped pickles or keto shrimp croquettes.
