    These keto pizza crackers are big enough to be mini crustless pizzas! With only 1 gram net carb per cracker, they are the best keto snacks!

    There are so many different things you can call these crispy mini crustless pizzas. They fit easily in the palm of your hand and have the most amazing crunch! They remind me of crackers but taste like a thin-crust pizza.

    Whenever you are craving delivery, make a batch of these salty mini pizzas. There are only four simple ingredients. The base or crust is made from baking fresh mozzarella slices. When you bake cheese, it becomes extra crispy.

    It’s a fantastic keto hack! I love making chips out of cheese.

    If you want them to be even crispier, sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese. The parmesan cheese also adds more salty and nutty undertones to the pizza crisps too. I used 1/4 a cup in the whole batch, but you can easily double it.

    My kids love to grab and eat these high-protein snacks because they love the flavors and that they are half chip, half pizza. It’s like their two favorite types of food.

    Since these pizza crackers are made from cheese, I suggest storing them in an airtight food storage bag or container and keeping them in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for about five days.

    Each keto pizza chip only has 1 gram net carbs! That means you can indulge in more of them or eat them with your low-carb lunch. That carb amount does not include the marinara dip. Always track your macros and include the dip if you eat one.

    Add them to your low-carb lunch with a keto white pizza with mushrooms. I like to add these mini crustless pizzas in my kid’s lunch. They have an incredible flavor and my kids love how crunchy they are.

    Keto Cheese Chips Recipe

    These keto cheese chips taste so good that you don’t need any dips. My kids are huge fans of dips, so I give them some sugar-free marinara sauce to dip the chips into.

    Marina or keto pizza sauce is the bests dip idea for them. An alfredo sauce or other cheese-based sauce might taste like too much cheese with some cheese chips.

    If you make the cheese chips without pepperoni on them, you can enjoy them with some keto salsa or guacamole.

    Over on Stylish Cravings I have made a bunch of other flavors on top of keto chips. If you omit the pepperoni, you can flavor the cheese chips with everything bagel seasoning. Or make some chili lime chips.

    Cook Time: 15 minutes

    Ingredients:

    Mozzarella cheese
    Pepperoni slices
    Italian seasoning
    Parmesan cheese grated
    Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

    Instructions:

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Layer the cheese slices on a parchment lined baking sheet, leave a bit of room between each slice.

    Top each cheese slice with two pieces of pepperoni.
