These keto strawberry white chocolate chip cookies are ready for your party – and only have 2 grams net carbs in each one!
What Are Keto White Chocolate Chip Cookies
These keto white chocolate chip cookies look and taste like traditional chocolate chip cookies! They are soft, chewy, and not too sweet.
The strawberry flavor comes from strawberry Jello, so the color is bold and really makes the white chocolate chips stand out.
These are the perfect cookies to make for Valentine’s Day, birthday parties, baby showers, or bridal showers. The pink and white colors go with almost any theme.

Best Flour For Keto Cookies
I discovered that almond flour (not almond meal) is the best choice for keto-friendly cookies. Coconut flour is tricky because it soaks up more moisture, so it tends to dry cookies out.
If you want a softer cookie, then go with almond flour. And to keep the cookies fluffier, sweeten them with Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute.
It enhances the flavor and the texture of the cookies at the same time.
Best Keto Chocolate Chips
My favorite brand of sugar-free chocolate chips is Lily’s. They taste just like classic chocolate chips without any funky aftertaste.
They have a huge variety of different flavors, too. Can you make strawberry cookies with milk or dark chocolate chips? Yes, you can!
I’m a huge fan of chocolate covered strawberries, so I think dark chocolate chips will taste amazing in these cookies.
More Keto Desserts
You can still eat chocolate on keto – you just have to make keto desserts with low-carb ingredients. I have a bunch of recipes that are made with chocolate.
If you’re going to serve these cookies at a party, then make some of these desserts with them. If you like chocolate chips, make some keto pumpkin chocolate chip muffins.
For a stronger chocolate flavor, make keto chocolate chip cookie dough muffins. Or make some basic keto chocolate muffins – everyone loves them.
How To Store Soft Cookies
The best way to store cookies is to keep the air off of them and keep them at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for about a week.
You can freeze them, too. Wrap each cookie in parchment paper and store them in a freezer-safe food storage bag or container. They will stay fresh in the freezer for six months.
