Whether you’re gluten-free or keto, these flourless chocolate crinkle cookies are perfect for you! They only take 10 minutes to bake, so there’s almost no wait time either!
What Are Crinkle Cookies
Take a quick look at the picture and you’ll see why they are called crinkle cookies. These delicious chocolate cookies are sprinkled with powdered sugar substitute. Then, as they bake, they crack or crinkle.
The splits in the cookies are what gives the cookies their name. Crinkle cookies are popular on Christmas cookie trays.
There are a lot of different ways to make them. My recipe is gluten-free, l0w-carb, and flourless. When I say it’s flourless, I really mean it – there isn’t any flour, not even coconut or almond flour.

Flourless Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
How do you make chocolate cookies without flour? And what do flourless cookies taste like? Well, these flourless cookies are made with a combination of cocoa powder, baking powder, eggs, and melted chocolate chips.
The result tastes a bit more like fudge or truffles, but shaped like cookies. They taste really rich!
It’s actually difficult to eat too many because they are so sweet and filling. They are about to become the most popular cookie you bake this year.
Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies
These fudgy chocolate cookies are perfect to add to your cookie table, dessert tray, or Christmas treats because anyone can eat them! They are perfect for gluten sensitive or intolerant people and keto dieters who can’t eat nuts.
The most difficult part of this recipe is refraining from eating the cookie dough while it chills in the refrigerator. The chilling step is really important.
It’s what makes the cookies more solid so they bake like cookies instead of truffles.
Keto Chocolate Desserts
You can still eat chocolate on keto – you just have to make keto desserts with low-carb ingredients. I have a bunch of ingredients that are made with chocolate, because it’s just so tasty!
If you like chocolate chips, make some keto pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. Or for a stronger chocolate flavor, make keto chocolate chip cookie dough muffins. Or make some basic keto chocolate muffins – everyone loves them.
How To Store Cookies
The best way to store cookies is to keep the air off of them and keep them at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for about a week.
You can freeze them, too. Wrap each cookie in parchment paper and store them in a freezer-safe food storage bag or container. They will stay fresh in the freezer for six months.
Making Them
Here are the step-by-step pictures of the process that you’ll follow to make these flourless chocolate crinkle cookies. All of the ingredients and instructions are located in the printable recipe card just a little bit further below.
