These keto magic cookies are truly MAGICAL! No flour, 2 grams net carbs in each cookie, and high in protein. They taste like candy!
Keto Magic Cookies
These magic cookies are a healthy way to replace candy bars for yourself and your kids. The walnut and pecans add an earthy taste and satisfying crunch.
Unsweetened coconut is full of healthy fats, so these cookies will leave you feeling so satiated that you will have no problem stopping at just one or two cookies.
Since they are made with all sugar-free ingredients, they won’t give your kids blood sugar spikes and crashes. The protein and healthy fats in these cookies work together to give you and your kids steady energy that lasts.
Flourless Cookies
One of the most surprising things about these keto magic cookies is that they don’t have any flour in them! These cookies taste like a candy bar or one of those really sweet granola bars that are actually full of sugar. These are not full of sugar.
The confectioner’s sugar substitute, egg yolks, butter, and coconut oil work together to hold the cookies together in a syrupy and sticky mixture.
Walnuts and pecans are keto-friendly nuts because they are high in fiber and lower in net carbs, so they are the perfect choices to add structure to the cookies.
If you love pecans, make a batch of keto spiced pecans. They are sweet with irresistible cinnamon spice.
Pecan Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Store leftover magic cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. You can freeze keto magic cookies to make them last longer.
To freeze them, place them on a baking sheet in a single layer and put the baking sheet in the freezer. Once they are frozen solid, place them in an resealable freezer-safe food storage bag.
They will stay fresh for up to six months in the freezer.
Coconut Cookies
If you love coconut, then remember to use coconut oil with the coconut flakes to get that island flavor! Always make sure you buy unsweetened coconut flakes when you are on the keto diet.
The coconut adds more structure and crispy textures to the crunchy cookies.
High-Protein Cookies
All the nuts in these cookies make them a high-protein and high-fat snack. If you wanted to use only one type of nuts, you’ll have to recalculate the carbs in them.
To help you out, there are 11 grams of carbs in 1 cup of walnuts and 14 grams of carbs in 1 cup of pecans. Please note, that number is for total carbs, not net carbs. According to the USDA, there are 14 grams of total carbs and 10 grams of dietary fiber in a cup of pecans. When you subtract the fiber, you get 4 grams net carbs.
According to the USDA, there are 14 grams total carbs in one cup of whole, shelled walnuts, and 7 grams of dietary fiber, leaving you 7 grams net carbs.
If you want to save yourself some carbs, you could use just pecans.

Where are you getting your carb counts for pecans & walnuts? Carb manager app shows 8 carbs for a cup of walnuts, and 4 grams carbs for a cup of pecans. Please double check that info in your post, as it’s misleading the way its currently written..

I think Jasmine got those numbers from the USDA. I see she updated the post with more information. Looks like Carb Manager only gives net carbs but Jasmine was sharing total carbs to give people more info so they can make their own decision. I hope this helps 🙂

These are fantastic. I can’t have any soy, so the chocolate chips are a no go. I just left them out and the cookies where the best. I use all pecans. This is a keeper.

I was a little worried that they would not turn out because there was lots of oil on the pan when I pulled them out at 12 minutes but after cooling, they were delicious! I made 18! Thanks for the recipe!
