Kids and adults will love how fun it is to eat spaghetti! Keto spooky spaghetti has silly eyeballs on top made out of cheese and olives.
What Is Spooky Spaghetti
Spooky spaghetti is just like regular spaghetti. The only difference is that the spooky spaghetti is topped with edible eyeballs.
It’s a fun way to celebrate Halloween as a family. It’s also a dish that will get a lot of reactions when you serve it at a party.
There are a lot of different ways to make it, so keep reading to learn some of my favorite tips and tricks. I’ll also share some ingredient swaps and my favorite side dishes to serve with it.

Ingredient Substitutes
There are a few different ingredient swaps you can make in this spooky spaghetti recipe. If you change the recipe, let me know. I’d love to hear!
- Marinara Sauce – instead of making your own from scratch, use a jar of keto-friendly sauce.
- Ground Beef – make it with ground turkey or ground chicken.
- Palmini Noodles – Use spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.
Halloween Spaghetti
There are two ways to serve the fun spaghetti dish. The first way is to put all of the noodles and sauce into a large serving dish and then, top them with a pair of eyeballs.
The other way is to place a pair of eyeballs on each individual plate as you serve it. I like this way best.
It takes a bit more time, but it’s worth it. Everyone will have fun eating around the mozzarella cheese eyes.
What To Eat With Spaghetti
Since spaghetti is a classic Italian dish, I suggest serving some Italian side dishes with it. A dish of Low-Carb Shaved Brussels Sprouts With Cranberries is packed with Italian flavors and ingredients.
It’s a chopped salad with both sweet and tangy flavors. Add Loaded Cauliflower Mash and some Gluten-Free Italian Breadsticks to go with the marinara sauce in this spooky spaghetti.
The cauliflower mash is cheesy and filling, and the breadsticks are fun to dip into the sauce.
Then, for dessert, make some keto cake mix cookies and low-carb berry cheesecake cups. They are perfect for family meals and parties.
